Welcome to Mass Marine Parts. By requesting or using our Boat Removal and Disposal Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Overview
Mass Marine Parts provides the removal, towing, and proper disposal of unwanted, damaged, abandoned, or sunken boats across Massachusetts and surrounding areas.

2. Eligibility for Service
You must be the legal owner of the vessel or have written permission from the legal owner or an insurance company.

The vessel must be free of any liens unless otherwise stated and approved.

3. Scheduling & Access
The client is responsible for granting access to the property or marina where the boat is located.

Any delay due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or incomplete ownership documentation may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

4. Environmental Compliance
We adhere to all state and federal regulations for environmentally responsible boat disposal and recycling. Hazardous materials, fuels, or batteries must be disclosed in advance.

5. Fees and Quotes
Quotes are free and valid for 7 days.

Final pricing may vary based on vessel size, condition, accessibility, and additional services required (e.g., crane or salvage support).

Payment must be made in full before or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Ownership Transfer & Title
Clients must provide the boat title or Certificate of Ownership, if available.

Once removed, Mass Marine Parts assumes responsibility for proper disposal.

No items will be returned unless pre-arranged before pickup.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or surrounding structures.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mass Marine Parts harmless from any legal claims arising from improper ownership claims or undisclosed vessel conditions.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your removal appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed or failed appointments without proper notice may incur a call-out fee.

9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claims related to boat removal or disposal is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service.
